Rapport AI is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Data We Collect

On Your Device (Local Storage)

• Your profile information (name, gender, relationship goals, communication preferences)
• Your coaching conversations and chat history
• Follow-up reminder events you schedule in the app
• Daily message count tracking

All of this data stays on your device. We do not store it on our servers.

When You Use the App

• A randomly generated installation ID used for subscription verification and abuse prevention
• App Store receipt data used to verify subscription status
• Notification preferences when you enable follow-up reminders
• Crash reports and error logs to improve app stability

Messages and Images Processing

• Messages and images you upload are sent to our backend only for request handling and safety controls, then forwarded to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses.

When You Contact Support

• Your email address and message content
• Any personal information you voluntarily share when requesting help

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not store your conversations on our servers
• We do not permanently store uploaded images on our servers
• We do not store your location
• We do not store your contacts or call history
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties

AI Processing and Third Parties

Messages and images you upload are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Refer to Anthropic's privacy policy for how they handle API data.

Local follow-up reminder notifications are scheduled on-device using iOS notification APIs.

Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

• Delete specific conversations: Within the app, clear chat history for any mode
• Reset profile: In Settings, tap "Reset App" to clear all data
• Complete deletion: Uninstalling the app deletes all locally stored data

Once deleted, we have no record of it.

Children's Privacy

Rapport AI is not intended for users under 17. We do not knowingly collect information from minors below this age threshold. If we become aware that such data was provided, we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and posting the new policy in the app.
